Add Heavier 12 pt. Gloss Catalog Cover: When you Add a Heavier Catalog Cover to your order, this is printed on 14 pt. Premium White Gloss Card Stock with 4 color printing.  Our heavier weight covers are also scored on the fold for ease of binding.

Oblong Stitching: Oblong Saddle Stitched books that are 5.5"x17" flat, and finish folded to 5.5"x8.5" with Saddle Stitching on the 5.5" side, will be 5% higher in price than list prices.

Perfing Pages: Catalogs that need (1) One page perfed along the 11" direction will cost an additional $58 per 1,000 finished Catalogs.  This will be charged after you place your initial order.

3-hole drilling Catalogs:  Add $35 set up + $20 per 1,000 finished pieces.

The first page of your catalog is the outside front page, and begin numbering each individual page from there. The last page is the very back page. For example: If you have (4) sheets of 8.5" x 11" when flat, and then you fold those sheets to 8.5" x 5.5", you have a 16 page Catalog after saddle stitching this book.

If you are adding a 12 pt. cover to your catalog as an "Add On," those pages printed on 12 pt. cover are not included in the page count when determining your final number of pages for pricing; the cover is separate from page counts used for the inside pages that are Saddle Stitched into that 12 pt. cover.
